Cognitive behavioural therapy focuses on the here and now, helping you cope with current problems and overcome old patterns of behaviour and thinking.

Through the breath, mental and physical processes can be perceived more consciously – a liberating and, above all, relaxing experience.

Meditation is now an everyday part of modern behavioural therapy, as its positive effect on a range of conditions is well documented.
(the first sessions)
To get to know you better and understand your current difficulties as fully as possible, we go through your life story, looking more closely at the events that matter most to you.
Using scientifically recognised diagnostic tools, we give your symptoms a name so that the right psychotherapeutic treatment can be derived from it.
Together we develop a treatment plan that fits you, trying out various therapeutic methods and adapting the plan flexibly as treatment progresses.
By the end of the initial sessions you should have a sense of whether "the chemistry is right" and whether you can imagine continuing treatment. If so, the actual therapy begins – the transition is seamless, and the initial sessions are of course already part of the therapy.
